1. What type of hair do you provide?
Raw Unprocessed Indian hair and Virgin Hair are provided in the textures: Straight, Wavy, and Curly. Inches 12-30 along with transparent & HD 4x4, 5x5, 6x6, 7x7 lace closures and 13x4 frontals.
2. How long will my wig last?
Our Raw Indian and Virgin wigs should last at least 2 years with proper hair care. Afterwards, you may need your closure or frontal replaced.
3. This is my first wig, should I get a closure or frontal?
We highly recommend our first timers getting a closure. Closures require less maintenance than frontals.
4. What's the return policy? What's the refund policy?
No refunds will be accepted. No returns will be accepted. All sales are final. However, if you have an issue with your wig or item, please email us within 3 days of receiving your order.
5. How long will it take to receive my hair & items?
Ready made wig units will be shipped within 5-7 business day after the hair is ordered.
For all other services, please allow 7-10 business days to be made and shipped out.
For custom wig orders, please allow 15-20 business days to be made and shipped out.
Everything is shipped through USPS. Once your package goes through USPS, TheWigWishList is not liable for any lost, damaged, or missing packages.
If your packaging is lost/missing, please contact USPS immediately and file a claim.
6. How do I maintain my wig? Hair care tips?
-It is highly encourage to wash and condition the hair every 2-3 weeks if worn everyday.
-Minimize the use of oils and hair products, for it causes hair buildup and weighs it down.
-If you use heat, use heat-protectant products on the hair.
-Gently brush the hair, too much force can cause the hair to shed.
-After washing wig, rinse the hair with cold water and allow it to air dry.
